L. Behera served Indian Army for 16 years before coming on to becoming an entrepreneur. He founded SLS, a security organization with a focus on complete command and control of business. L. Behera has hands on experience in communication, marketing management, administration, new business development, team building and revenue growth. He was instrumental in formulating as well as executing the basic security framework.

L. Behera is responsible for the group's complete business operations. He has been tasked with the critical role to build and sustain the leadership position of SLS in the industry.
